Project Manager
Responsibilities
Project planning and execution:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables;develop full-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets; and manage day-to-day operational aspects.
Team and resource management:
Lead and coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and ensure resource availability.
Stakeholder communication:
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
Risk and change management:
Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
Quality assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Performance monitoring:
Track project performance, measure success against goals, and report on progress to management.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
Experience:
Proven experience in project management, with specific experience in the relevant industry (e.g., IT) often preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with project management software tools and methodologies.
Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
