HR Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee relations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare HR documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR software and labor legislation is a plus.
Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
