INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR JOB APPLICANTS

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of recruitment and selection of candidates for open job positions in our company, as well as for possible future job opportunities. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as the processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request, and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, if you provide explicit consent for the retention of your CV for future job opportunities.

We process only the necessary personal data that you voluntarily provide, including identification details (name, surname, date of birth), contact details (email, phone number, address), professional qualifications (education, work experience, skills, certifications), and other job-related data (CV, cover letter, references, salary expectations). We do not collect or process special categories of personal data (such as health status, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs) unless required by law or based on your explicit consent.

If you are not selected for the position, your personal data will be retained for 6 months from the end of the recruitment process to protect our legitimate interests in case of legal claims. If you give explicit consent for the retention of your data for future job opportunities, it will be stored in our job applicant database for 1 year. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized unless you renew your consent. If you are hired, your personal data will be transferred to our HR system and processed under employee data protection policies.

Your personal data may be disclosed to authorized employees of the company involved in recruitment, affiliated companies (only if you consent to sharing your application for future opportunities), and IT service providers who maintain our recruitment platform, ensuring GDPR compliance. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

As a job applicant, you have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If your data is processed based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
